Your Free Map could be from any one of these series depending on what stock is available.

Why does it cost £2.99 P&P? |
|
This cost covers the warehouse “picking” costs, the packaging costs and postage costs.

Which series is of mapping is used for the Framed Map |
|
The mapping used is the Ordnance Survey 1:10,000 County Series, first published between 1880 - 1910 and enlarged from the original scale of 1:10,560 to match current day Ordnance Survey mapping.

Can I apply for more than one Map? |
|
Yes, but you can only apply for one Map in any single visit to the website.

Why does the website says there’s no Map available for my area? |
|
This is because there has been more demand for maps of this particular area and stock may have run out. Maps are available only while stocks last and are provided on a first come first served basis

What should I do if this is the case? |
|
Choose a Map covering another area that may be of interest to you or family members.

When will my Map be sent? |
|
The Map will be sent within 14 days.
|
|
I am experiencing problems with the website. What shall I do? |

Try emptying the cache on your browser or, if you have another one (Safari, Firefox, IE etc – all are freely downloadable), try using that. If the problem persists, please email support@cassinimaps.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
